This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Research Vessel Fuel Tank Replacement Services Description of requirements is as follows: Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
