The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to support protected species field camp deployments, recovery, protected species surveys and ancillary operations in the Hawaiian Islands, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8(A) concerns. The associated NAICS code is 483112.The small business size standard is 500 employees. The base period of performance of this requirement is from April 15, 2024, through February 28, 2025, with four (4) option periods. In the event that all option periods are exercised, the total period of performance of this requirement will be March 1, 2025, through February 29, 2028. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted by email no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on March 25, 2024. Answers will be provided as soon as practicable. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on March 27, 2024, and shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at the contact information listed in this solicitation.
