The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct a 25-30 day spring 2024 survey for North Atlantic right whales, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 483112.The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The period of performance of this requirement is from April 10, 2024 through June 30, 2024.
