Remove antenna and feedline at current site at 500’ on ASR 1016799” The National Weather nonpersonal services for a qualified general contractor to establish a new site near Alleman, Iowa fora NOAA Weather Radio Transmitter The vendor is purchasing and/or making the following three things: A building (purchase), an ice bridge (build), and the assembly and mounting of an antenna and heliax cable to be provided by the Government. They are also responsible for installation of a government provided generator stand, a 12.5KW backup generator, and all of the electrical work including the installation of the transfer switch. The electrical may be performed by a subcontractor of the prime’s choosing.
