Updating time zone from mt to other mountain standard time COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for general and preventative maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the National Weather Office (NWS) located at 10009 General Mahone Highway, Wakefield, Virginia 23888-2742, in accordance with the statement of work. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: CLIN 0001 – Base Year Preventative Maintenance Quarterly Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and service plan for all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and control system and components during operating season, and annual preventative maintenance service for the National Weather Office (NWS) located at 10009 General Mahone Highway, Wakefield, Virginia 23888-2742, in accordance with the applicable Department of labor service contract act wage determination, the statement of Work, and the terms and conditions of the Purchase order. Period of Performance 05/01/2024 through 04/30/2025. Annual Total for all scheduled maintenance: CLIN 0002 – Base Year Emergency Maintenance (Not-To-Exceed $2,500.00) Unscheduled and emergency repairs $________per hour no repair shall be completed until approval is received through the Point of Contact (POC) or a Contracting Officer (CO). Repairs less than $2,500.00 shall be approved by the POC and paid by Government Purchase Card (GPC) with prior authorization and approved funding.
