The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct a marine mammal and seabird survey, as described in the Statement of Work. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds.
