The Government intends to hold a pre-proposal conference via Google Meet webinar on 18 January 2023 in order to clarify the solicitation requirements. All potential respondents are encouraged to attend. Anyone wishing to attend must request an invite from darrin.moore@noaa.gov & sue.bratton@noaa.gov. In no event shall failure to attend the pre-proposal conference constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Amendment 01 Provides a revised PPQ (updates solicitation number) and provides responses to questions asked at the pre-proposal conference, Offeror shall provide a signed SF30 Amendment to acknowledge this change
