The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct to conduct several acoustic recorder servicing in The Southeastern Gulf of Maine and Southern New England, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right toward no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 483114.The small business size standard is 500 employees. The base period of performance of this requirement is from March 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023, with three (3) option periods. In the event that all option periods are exercised, the total period of performance of this requirement will be March 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on February 3, 2023, and shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at the contact information listed in this solicitation.
