The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct a biennial bottom trawl survey of Alaskan groundfish in the Gulf of Alaska and Aleutian Islands, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 483114. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The base period of performance of this requirement is from April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023, with four (4) option periods. In the event that all option periods are exercised, the total period of performance of this requirement will be April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2027. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on February 17, 2022, and shall be submitted vial email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at the contact information listed in this solicitation.
