This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a chartered vessel and crew to conduct the Right Whale Research Cruise in the Great South Channel and the Gulf of Maine, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Written quotes for RFQ number 1305M322QNFFM0030 shall be submitted on Standard Form 18. iii) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2022-05, dated March 07, 2022. iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
