FAR 52.212-4(k) is included and states that the contract price includes all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes and duties Is past performance part of “technical capability” for tradeoff? Updated (in tracked changes) tradeoff language to state technical capability and past performance, when combined, are more important than price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, please see attached RFQ for instructions and evaluation information. Attachment 1 has detailed specifications. As noted in the solicitation, the SBA has waived the nonmanufacturer rule for the Drum Filter and Debris Screen portions of the requirement.
