(16) Description: The ATDD Complex consists of three (3) buildings: the Main Building, which includes an Electronics Shop addition, the Wind Tunnel Building and the White Storage Building. The Electronics Shop addition, the Wind-Tunnel Building, and the White Storage Building all require new roofs. The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Priced Contract. The procurement is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238160 –Roofing Contractors, with a corresponding size standard of $16.5M. Contract Period of Performance (POP) will include a one (1) year base period of performance. FAR Parts 15 are expected to be used for this requirement.
