The NWS has ... The National Weather Service Central Region includes 38 Weather Forecast Offices (WFO) throughout the 14-state Central Region. These WFO facilities were constructed between 1989 and 1995. The NWS has established a cyclical maintenance schedule for five of the primary recurring maintenance actions. These include facility painting, carpet replacement, parking lot maintenance, Upper Air Inflation Building (UAIB) dome coating, and WFO and Storage/Gen-set Building Caulk and Lintel Painting. This is a single award IDIQ to perform a comprehensive, turnkey maintenance program including these primary tasks, following the cyclical schedule. Offerors are reminded to thoroughly review the solcitation in full, paying special attention to the performance work statement, Commerce Acquisition Regulation (CAR) 1352.213-70, Evaluation Using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Inquiries.
