The Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPSs) are past the manufacturer's recommended service life. Remove and properly dispose of existing UPS', battery cabinets, batteries, and any associated debris. Supply and install per site 1 each UPS, battery cabinet (if separate), and batteries. ***SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** Amendment 0002, and supporting attachment, has been issued on July 2, 2021, and is attached. *Each amendment issued needs to be acknowledged and incorporated into your offer* Amendment 0001, and supporting attachments, has been issued on June 23, 2021, and is attached. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being conducted through FAR Part 13, in conjunction with FAR Part 12. In accordance with FAR 52.207-4 System for Award Management, an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation.
