See questions and answers document attached. ****************************************************************** The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Ocean Prediction Center (OPC), U.S. National Ice Center (USNIC) has a requirement for SAR imagery essential for analysis of present ice conditions, forecasting the future state of ice, and responding to requests for tactical scale information for those operating within and on top of the ice.
