This is a Pre-solicitation notice for remove and replace (3) HVAC’s located at National Weather Service office located in Peachtree, Georgia. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed within 180 days from issuance of the Purchase Order. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ #1305M320QNWWP0057DR will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities (FBO) website beta.sam.gov and is scheduled for issuance on July 29, 2020 and the quote response date is August 10, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
