This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238320. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than June 30, 2020. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities (FBO) website beta.sam.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 03, 2020 and quotes response date is March 12, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
