The requirement is for a research and monitoring cruise to the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands (NWHI) that supports requirements for the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument (PMNM). The Contractor supports three major tasks for this coral reef damage assessment project including transit to study locations, providing meal and berthing accommodations, and operations during research. See RFQ for additional information. This is a FAR Part 12 commercial supply and is being acquired using FAR Part 13 SAP procedures. All requirements for submitting an offer are contained within Section E of the attached RFQ. In accordance with FAR 52.207-4 System for Award Management, an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation.
