This is a presolicitation notice to remove and replace access flooring at the National Weather Service (NWS) office located at 1352 FM 646W, Suite 202, Dickinson, Texas 77539. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330. The small business size standard is $15.0M. Performance period shall be from time of award and completed within ninety days. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Quotes received from contractors who are not active in SAM will not be considered. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 12, 2019 and quotes are due by March 20, 2019 no later than 04:00 pm EST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
