Performance will be at the National Reconditioning Center in Grandview, MO. This is a brand name requirement, so vendors must be authorized resellers of National Instruments LabVIEW Professional Development System, with no acceptable alternatives. Contractors must be registered in SAM. Award will be based on best value, and offerors must respond to all items in the Instructions to Offerors.
