NOAA intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for MMTS Insulating Plates built to specifications. The work will be performed for the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO. The award is 100% set aside for small business entities and will be made on a best-value basis. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Offerors must also comply with items 1 through 10 in the Instructions to Offerers to be considered.
