Preventive maintenance services are required for five chiller systems at the Hollings Marine Laboratory, located at 331 Fort Johnson Road, Charleston, SC. The contractor will perform semiannual and annual inspections, troubleshoot the chiller systems and associated controls and primary pumps, and report any deficiencies to the Contracting Officer’s Representative. Repair or replacement work is outside the scope of this requirement unless separately authorized in writing. The contractor must be capable of responding to emergency service calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, within four hours of the initial request.
