The project includes relocating a buoy yard, installing underground utilities, rehabilitating a 5,300 SF legacy building, and designing for future vertical expansion. The government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed-price Design-Build contract, with an anticipated award in Q1/Q2 FY 2027.
