The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(B)(3). This is a small business set-aside. This requirement is to fabricate: Two (2) support beams Four (4) mounting brackets …constructed from 316 stainless steel per NOAA-provided engineering drawings and technical specifications. The parts will be used to support a NOAA National Water Level Observation Network (NWLON) tide gauge installation in Cape Vincent, NY. - All fabrication shall comply with the Statement of Work and drawing package provided. READ CAREFULLY: Offers that do not address Instructions to Offerors may be deemed non-compliant. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this office beregistered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
