This synopsis/solicitation 1305M225Q0179 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston, SC, has a requirement for bi-weekly waste pick-up services, no less than two days a week, and includes the waste containers. The requirement includes a base year and four (4) option years. The Period of Performance for the base year is September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.
