The exterior work will consist of removing exterior paint, cutting out and repointing of all mortar joints in the block. Treat exterior block with clear water based waterproof coating. Coat with Primer/Adhesive to promote extra bonding before applying weatherproofing weather sealant. Apply exterior weatherproofing weather sealant (White) Vendor shall state which products they propose to use with links to manufactures website and expected life and warranty of the products. Additional exterior work that will also need to be performed is on the roof, replacing existing roof material with a minimum 50 mil single ply roof membrane. Installed to manufacturer’s instructions. • Remove breaker box • Replace and upgrade breaker box Interior Repairs will consist of the following; repair any holes from demolition with hydraulic cement, Prepare walls and floor for paint, Treat interior cider block with clear water based waterproof coating, Treat interior walls with white mold resistant primer, paint interior wall with primer compatible latex paint (white). Clean, weatherproof, and Paint floor, Vendor shall state what products they propose to use with links to manufactures website and expected life and warranty of product.
