The Government will assess its level of confidence that the offeror’s overall Technical Quote Temperature Relative Humidity (TRH) Radiation Shields provides the following: Based on the Specification Document (Attachment I), offerors shall provide both aspirated and non-aspirated radiation shield solutions that are designed to accommodate Vaisala HMP-155 Temperature Humidity probe. The shields shall meet specifications of form, fit and function with the Vaisala HMP-155 Temperature Humidity probes. Offerors are encouraged to bid their highest performing radiation shield offerings that meet form, fit and function for the TRH probe. An offeror can submit more than one combination of shields (aspirated and non aspirated) in separate technical quotes. The contractor will package and ship the units to NOAA National Logistics and Reconditioning Center (NLRC) located at 14200 Merritt Rd Grandview, Missouri, 64030.
