The reason for this amendment (THREE) is to change the NAICS and PSC Codes to more appropriate codes to fit the service requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 – Engineering Services and the associated Product Service Codes (PSC) code is J059 – Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Electrical And Electronic Equipment Components; for this procurement. This will still be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside. This amendment extends the response date and time to 24 August 2023 at 2:00PM EST. Amendment Two to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is attached. the changes thereto are in red font. This is to attach the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that has become unavailable, This amendment corrected the POC in Attachment III Past Performance Questionnaire. Attachment III is replaced herein. This amendment edits Paragraph 4.5.8.2 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and an amended PWS is provided herein. Additionally vendor Q&A's are attached. This Administrative Amendment added four attachments for Wage Determinations. Dial Telephone, Public Address (PA), and General Alarm (GA) System for the NOAA FSV Class ships. Contractor shall be responsible for a complete ABS approved design, procurement and fabrication of all materials, installation, subcontractor oversight, drawings, testing, and creation of all drawing and technical manuals. Installation includes procurement and installation of all equipment, cables, banding, cable tags, removal of old system, installation of all new mounts and equipment, testing and inspections. Installation shall be accomplished on all four (4) vessels. Removal and Installation requirements are contained this Performance Work Statement.
