This specification details all requirements for the design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a new Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) integrated Dial Telephone, Public Address (PA), and General Alarm (GA) System for the NOAA FSV Class ships. Contractor is responsible for the comprehensive design, installation, and testing of a new integrated ABS approved Dial Telephone, Public Address (PA), and General Alarm (GA) System for the NOAA FSV Class ships. Contractor shall be responsible for a complete ABS approved design, procurement and fabrication of all materials, installation, subcontractor oversight, drawings, testing, and creation of all drawing and technical manuals. Installation includes procurement and installation of all equipment, cables, banding, cable tags, removal of old system, installation of all new mounts and equipment, testing and inspections. Installation shall be accomplished on all four (4) vessels. Removal and Installation requirements are contained this Performance Work Statement with ship specific requirements to follow. DYSON, PISCES, SHIMADA and REUBEN LASKER will have complete PBX and GA/PA System replacements.
