This synopsis/solicitation 1305M222QNWWG0038 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division – Kansas City, requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing vessel services to recover the National Data Buoy Center’s (NDBC) 46419 Buoy, which is stationary in Aristazabal Island, British Columbia. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions, and most recent applicable Wage Determination.
