This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for vessel, crew, fuel, consumables, diver team, and all equipment, materials, and supplies required to recover and tow the 6M NOMAD weather buoy aground in the McNeil River Game Reserve near the Douglas River, AK, to the U.S. Coast Guard Station Base Kodiak, Kodiak Station, AK, for the National Data Buoy Center at Stennis Space Center, MS. Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 541990 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted.
