This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and additional information included in this notice and the attached solicitation document. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1305M2-22-Q-NCNA-0080. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation is one-hundred percent (100%) set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 150 employees. This is for a firm fixed price contract award for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Ocean Service (NOS), NOAA Studio for purchasing a CatDV system upgrade and migration to CatDV Pegasus with an upgrade and migration of the existing Cohesity Storage solution to a storage solution that is certified to work with the CatDV Peagsus system. Professional Services, training, and a service level agreement are also required (see attached SF-1449 Performance Work Statement and line items).
