Brief Description of Requested Services: Contractors will need to have the capability to provide 6,000 gallons of water up to three (3) times per year. This RFQ includes a basee year and four (4) 1-year option years. In submitting a quote, please follow the offeror instructions in the solicitation documents carefully. The NAICS code for this action is 221310 and is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. The government intends to procure these services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
