This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for calibration services on the reference equipment that the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) uses to calibrate, test, and troubleshoot meteorological and oceanographic sensors that are deployed on NDBC operational stations to collect data for weather, hurricane, tsunami, and climate forecasts, modeling, and warnings. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
