The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for an Ocean Weather Observations Data Solution. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The government will review market information to ascertain potential market capacity to: Provide the research, clarification, and recommendation consistent in scope and scale with those described in the Statement of Objectives and otherwise anticipated. Secure and obtain the full range of Ocean Weather Observations Data resources required to successfully perform this requirement.
