This solicitation is for NOAA WP-3D Aircraft Full Service Maintenance. The Government anticipates to award one (1) Single Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract that provides for the issuance of Firm Fied Price (FFP) orders resulting from this solication to the contractor whose proposal represents the best value considering price and non-price factors.
