This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), on behalf of the National Weather Service (NWS), is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of the following commercial item(s): Lodging, Conference Rooms, Breakout Rooms, Light Refreshments, and Transportation (if needed) for the 2020 National Warning Coordination Meteorologist (WCM) Service Coordination Hydrologist (SCH) Workshop, from June 20, 2020 to June 26, 202020 in Madison, WI.
