The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NWS, Sterling Field Support Center, Sterling, VA, has a requirement to return the Blue Tenney Temperature and Humidity Environmental Chamber to operational status. Under the National Weather Service’s Environmental Testing Criteria (WS-STD-2) and observational program requirements, it is necessary to test assets under varying environmental conditions to ensure environmental durability in the field. Temperature, humidity, and freezing spray testing are three testing conditions that are required under the WS-STD-2 at the Sterling location. Delivery Date: June 26, 2020. The Government will award a firm fixed price purchase order. Shipping shall be FOB Destination and included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a business size standard of $20.5M. The Product Service Code Class is J099. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 1:00 P.M.
