This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on beta.SAM.gov Solicitation number is 1305M220QNWWG0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The objective of this requirement is to complete a radio frequency (RF) survey of the RF environment in and around the 403 MHz band, at the locations listed in the Statement of Work (SOW), and document the electromagnetic environment in the 403 MHz band and the adjacent bands and the risks for access to the 403 MHz band by the radiosonde observing system.
