This action is also set aside 100 percent for small business concerns and incorporates a Brand Name Justification for SWR LP and their authorized resellers and/or distributors. Please be sure to review the Brand Name Description and Requirements for this acquisition. The government intends to procure these supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
