The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NMFS, Pascagoula, MS, has a requirement for replacing the cooling tower fan assembly on two (2) Cooling Towers at the facility. The Period of Performance is 30 days after the date of award. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government, lowest price technically acceptable quote. This RFQ is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333413, with a business size standard of 500 employees. The Product Service Code Class is 4140. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. Provide proof of insurance with submission. Vendor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 04:00 P.M. Eastern on April 22, 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
