The Government intends to negotiate an order with Caelum Research Corporation a sole source basis off of the vendor’s General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule contract. The order will be for Information Technology Support services to NOAA Fisheries Office of the Science and Technology to provide support for six months and two three-month options until the NOAA Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) strategic sourcing contracts are awarded. A Limited Source Justification will be posted as an amendment to this notice at a later date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all submittals received by the due date set forth in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
