The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NOS, Field Operations Division, Seattle, WA, has a requirement for Fabrication of Aluminum I-Beams. FOB Destination is required. Completion is required by 30 days after receipt of order. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on lowest price technically acceptable quote. Shipping shall be FOB Destination and included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This is a full and open requirement. The associated NAICS code is 332710, with a business size standard of 500 employees. The Product Service Code Class is 9620. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 04:00 P.M. Eastern on May 22, 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to linda.mullen@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to linda.mullen@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on May 15, 2020. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about May 28, 2020. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within FedBizOpps where this synopsis/solicitation is posted).
