THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M220QNCNL0028 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-006. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for meeting room space and lodging accommodations in Silver Spring, MD in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is March 29, 2019 through March 31, 2019. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.
