This is a Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation from the United States DOC, NOAA, National Weather Service (NWS), Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) to provide UPS Battery Replacement for the National Weather Service. DOC, ERAD requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM is the single source for vendor data for the Federal government.
