Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 238220. The government intends to procure services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors submitting quotes to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to submit a quote, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. Quotes will not accepted from any contractor that is not registered in SAM. Amendment #1 hereby: 1) Dissolves the small business set-aside and revises the solicitation for full and open competition. 2) Extends response due date to 12:00pm CT on 3/28/2019. 3) Clarifies the unschedule service and repair line items.
