The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), has issued a solicitation for an 100% Small Business set aside, Firm Fixed Price contract for to provide investigative services for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Director's Office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561611 - Investigative Services. The small business size standard is $20.5M. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) services contract for a performance period of 12 months.
