Completion is ... The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NMFS, has a requirement for the Installation of a Doppler Flow Meter for the Milford, CT. Laboratory FOB Destination is required. Completion is required 30 days after receipt of purchase order. The Government estimate for this requirement is less than $25,000.00. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government, lowest price technically acceptable quote. Shipping shall be FOB Destination and included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a business size standard of $15.0M. The Product Service Code Class is J095. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 31, 2019 AT 09:00 PM EST. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 04:00 P.M. Eastern on August 16, 2019; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
