The Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Norfolk, VA is soliciting information, on behalf of the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) of the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking a Contractor to demolish and remove two existing Smith Co. 450 Mills hot water, nine section cast iron boilers and replace with two (2) high efficiency condensing boilers. The contractor shall furnish and install all necessary hardware, controls, valves, sensors, field wiring, piping, insulation and programming services to ensure proper operation as stated in the contract documents. The Contractor shall provide two hours of training and commissioning for two facility personnel. The NMFS Laboratory is located at 28 Tarzwell Dr. Narragansett, RI 02882.
