The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NMFS, has a requirement for the Upgrade of the Narragansett facilities, Narragansett, RI Security Lighting - Install LED Fixtures for buildings and parking areas. FOB Destination is required. Completion is required within 60 days of receipt of award. The Government estimate for this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government, lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Shipping shall be FOB Destination and included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a business size standard of $15.0M. The Product Service Code Class is Z1JZ. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 04:00 P.M. Eastern on August 23, 2019; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
